Japanese bath towel L – Sun

Lightweight, absorbent, and pleasantly soft: this Japanese towel is crafted from 100% organic cotton using a traditional weaving process. The 2.5 layers of gauze make it exceptionally light, quick-drying, and gentle on the skin.

At 88 × 160 cm, it offers enough surface area to serve as a lightweight bath towel, sauna towel, or beach towel, while still folding down small for easy transport. It takes up surprisingly little space in your luggage, gym bag, or for a picnic. Thanks to its fine texture and soft touch, it is also gentle on sensitive skin and suitable for baby care.

The towels are produced in Osaka by a family-owned business that has passed down and perfected its weaving craft over four generations. The looms used for their creation have been in operation since the late 19th century. Thus, the towel combines a long Japanese weaving tradition with an uncomplicated companion for many occasions.
