Greeting Card Set A5 – Buddhist Pine Edition

The greeting card set contains six different A5 greeting cards with matching envelopes – for writing and sending or for display.

The Buddhist pine, also known as the Arhat pine, is common in southern Japan and China. In Buddhism, the term "Arhat" refers to a person who has attained deep insight into the nature of existence and has reached Nirvana. The pine’s unusual shape and long lifespan have made it a highly regarded plant in Asian culture.

For this edition, we have rendered the fine structure of the mistletoe in an iridescent foil stamping. Depending on the incidence of light, subtle color nuances emerge on the foil, making the motif appear different each time.

The cards are foil-stamped in Zurich and produced on Daunendruck natural paper with a soft, warm texture.
